Interruption in SSL Connectivity for Certain Magento Environments

Resolved

We observed a temporary disruption affecting Tweakwise clients hosted on Hipex (Magento environments). The issue was related to an updated SSL certificate not being properly handled on Hipex’s side.

As a temporary workaround, we’ve reverted to the previous certificate. Services should now be back to normal. Hipex has been informed about the issue, and we’re currently awaiting their response before reapplying the updated certificate.

We’re monitoring the situation and will post updates here when available.
