Update - We have successfully restored data processing for the majority of our services. The underlying configuration issue has been fully resolved, and the following features are now up-to-date: People like you, Search phrase ranking, Filter ranking, A/B-tests.

Our reports are still experiencing a delay and currently lack data from October 23 onward. Please be assured that no data has been lost; it is safely stored and simply awaiting the next processing cycle. The remaining report backlog will automatically process tonight, and all reports will be fully up-to-date by tomorrow morning.

Monitoring - Naar aanleiding van de berichtgeving rondom de recent ontdekte veiligheidskwetsbaarheid binnen PHP, willen we je via dit bericht graag duidelijkheid geven over de status en veiligheid van je Tweakwise-oplossingen.

We kunnen je het volgende bevestigen over de situatie:

Tweakwise API's en App zijn niet geraakt
De Tweakwise API's en de Tweakwise app maken in hun architectuur geen gebruik van PHP. Deze kernsystemen worden op geen enkele wijze geraakt door deze kwetsbaarheid. De data en verbindingen via deze kanalen zijn en blijven volledig veilig.

Tweakwise Platform Plugins draaien in je eigen omgeving
We bieden diverse platform plugins aan voor integratiedoeleinden, die wél gebruikmaken van PHP. Deze worden niet geraakt door onze systemen, omdat ze lokaal binnen je eigen e-commerceplatform of hostingomgeving draaien. We adviseren je nadrukkelijk om contact op te nemen met je partner of implementatiepartij om je specifieke omgeving in kaart te brengen en te controleren op benodigde updates.

Tweakwise-taken bij een (tijdelijk) offline webshop
Mocht je er zelf voor hebben gekozen om je eigen webshop uit veiligheidsoverwegingen tijdelijk offline te halen, dan zul je zien dat je geplande taken bij Tweakwise momenteel niet doorlopen. Hier hoef je verder geen actie voor te ondernemen: de synchronisatie wordt automatisch hervat zodra je eigen website weer veilig 'up and running' is.
