Partial outage of Frontend API

Resolved

On Monday, January 26th, a subset of customers experienced three brief periods of connectivity issues affecting the Frontend API. This was caused by an automated maintenance process triggering on a server while it was still active in production.

- 08:40 – 08:43: Service interruption (3 mins)
- 08:46 – 08:49: Service interruption (3 mins)
- 08:53 – 08:56: Service interruption (3 mins)

During routine maintenance, an automated update was initiated on a server that was still actively processing requests. This resulted in intermittent errors for approximately 20% of customers during the specific windows listed above.

Normal service resumed at 08:57. We are currently reviewing our automation workflows to ensure all servers are completely removed from active service before any future maintenance or update cycles begin.
